Contact information
When you use the contact form, Moka Pot Games receives the name, email address, company, subject, and message you choose to provide. This information is used only to read and respond to your enquiry.
Delivery and abuse prevention
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Contact messages are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered to the receiving mailbox through Cloudflare Email Service. Turnstile processes browser and request signals needed to distinguish people from automated traffic; it does not receive the contact form fields. Contact submissions are not sold, used for advertising, or added to marketing lists.
Retention
Cloudflare may retain limited operational and delivery records under its published data processing terms. Enquiries may remain in the receiving mailbox for normal business record-keeping and are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Sensitive information
Ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, or other highly sensitive material through the contact form.
Questions
Privacy questions can be sent through the same contact form without publishing a direct email address on the website.
